We offer Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage, Polarity Therapy, Prenatal Massage, and Cupping Therapy. We also offer NFIM-Fascia Integration, however this is not a massage, strictly bodywork.

Yes. Our practitioners have different areas of focus. Erin O’Donnell specializes in Deep Tissue Massage. Zoey Simons offers Relaxation Massage and Polarity Therapy. Cindy Doody offers NFIM™ and individualized therapeutic bodywork.

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a 60-minute appointment. For 90-minute appointments, we require 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the full session fee, as that time was reserved specifically for you.
