Our Studio Policies

At Body Blueprint Wellness, we respect your time and our therapists’ time. Our policies are designed to ensure every client receives the best possible care and service. Thank you for honoring these guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Notice
  We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee.

• No-Shows
  Clients who do not show for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full service fee.

• Late Arrivals
  If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to ensure the next client is seen on time. The full-service fee will still apply.

• Emergency Exceptions
  We understand that life happens. Please contact us as soon as possible if an emergency arises, and we will review exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Communication

• Cancellations/Rescheduling must be made by calling or texting: (617) 688-6304.

• Please do not contact your therapist directly for scheduling.

Confirmation Emails

All clients will receive an email confirmation 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.
