  • Reiki

    Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art that roughly translates to “universal life energy.” A reiki practitioner is trained to channel this healing energy through their hands to their client’s body, promoting relaxation and wellness, and reducing stress, anxiety, and pain. Reiki is a benign energy that works on the cellular level and can effect change on many planes: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Reiki is a wonderful method for silently releasing emotional and physical trauma stored within the body. Reiki works to unblock and balance the body's chakras, with the theory that if the body's energy systems are balanced, health and wellness can be attained.

  • Chakra Energy Balance

    Chakra balancing is a holistic therapy that aims to balance the seven energy centers in the body. By clearing blockages and restoring balance, it can improve physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Benefits may include reduced stress and anxiety, improved mood and energy, and increased self-awareness and spiritual growth.

    This session will be combined with some grounding Native American healing techniques:

    Grounding techniques: Smudging with sweet grass and sage, cedar brushings, or brushing with an eagle feather

    Healing rituals: Prayer, chants, drumming, songs, stories, and the use of sacred objects

    Crystals: Practitioners carry stones to benefit from the healing vibrations
