There is no need to arrive early. We ask that all client intake forms be completed prior to your appointment, which can be accessed through the confirmation email we send after booking. Completing your forms ahead of time allows your session to begin on time and ensures your therapist can review any important information before your visit.

Wear comfortable clothing. During your session you will be properly draped with sheets and blankets at all times, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
Do I need to undress completely?
Undressing is always based on your comfort level. Most clients undress to their level of comfort, and professional draping is used throughout the session.

Prenatal massage is available after 21 weeks of pregnancy. We recommend obtaining approval from your doctor or midwife prior to your appointment, and sessions are performed using a specialized prenatal massage table to ensure comfort and proper support. However we are also trained in side lying massage. This session is for you and we want you to feel supported and completely comfortable.

If you are new to the studio, we recommend starting with our Foundational Signature Therapeutic Massage. This session is not deep tissue- however it allows your therapist to assess how your body is presenting that day and tailor the treatment to your needs. If you already know you need deep tissue- move to tier 2.

ignature Massage is a customized therapeutic session designed to support overall relaxation, circulation, and muscle balance.
Deep Tissue Massage focuses more specifically on areas of chronic tension, restricted movement, or athletic recovery. Pressure may be deeper and techniques more targeted.
-
Deep Tissue Massage uses deeper pressure to release tight muscles and areas of chronic tension.
Myofascial work focuses on the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles. Slower techniques are used to help areas of restriction soften and improve movement.
NFIM™ (Neuro-Fascia Integration Method) goes a step further by looking at how tension patterns connect throughout the body. Sessions focus on helping the body reset these patterns so movement becomes easier and more balanced over time. We also work on breath and postural analysis.
